    Last year, the city of Seattle officially changed Columbus Day into Indigenous Peoples' Day (article). Native folks and non-native folks came together on Duwamish land for a peaceful march from Westlake to Native Park. To raise awareness that Christopher Columbus was no hero and should not be celebrated.
